Terms of Service & Engineering Agreement

1.0Agreement & Engagement Scope

By commissioning bespoke software engineering, enterprise resource platforms (ERP/WMS), e-commerce applications, or digital platforms from UNI1 (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms define our architectural responsibilities, deliverable handoffs, and operational commitments.

2.0Custom Engineering & Scope Specifications

Every software project is engineered according to a mutually ratified Scope Document or Architectural Specification. We build sovereign, single-tenant or multi-tier production software tailored to your specific workflows:

Bespoke Enterprise Systems: Industrial ERP, WMS, logistics, and telemetry platforms.
Modern Web & E-Commerce: Headless commerce, digital flagships, and high-concurrency portals.

3.0Intellectual Property & Code Sovereignty

Upon milestone payment completion, the Client receives 100% complete and unencumbered ownership of all custom codebase, schema designs, UI assets, and project repositories. There are zero proprietary runtime locks, recurring per-seat fees, or artificial dependency traps. The Client possesses full rights to host, modify, scale, or relocate the system independently.

4.0Payment Structure & Milestone Billing

Engineering services are billed according to transparent milestones defined in the project contract (e.g., initial architectural prototype, core database & API delivery, final UAT signoff, and production deployment). Invoices are payable via direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or authorized corporate payment gateways.

5.0Warranty, Testing & Bug Remediation

All production deployments include an active warranty window (specified in your project scope) covering defect remediation, runtime stabilization, and technical handoff assistance to ensure seamless operational continuity.
